Day 1

In just under 10 minutes get ready to fire up your core! This routine is efficient & effective and I know you’ll feel the burn even though it’s a quick set. So press play, and let’s get to it!!

Day 2

As Denise says, “no equipment necessary- just you and your tummy!” Plus, you don’t even need to get down on the mat-its all standing! Join Denise & Katie for a quick workout to work your core, for any fitness level, as it’s low impact!

Day 3

STRENGTHEN + LENGTHEN with this spicy Pilates Ball Abs workout in under 15 minutes!! This routine will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer any challenge that comes your way! From crunches to bird dogs, each pilates-style movement is designed to ignite your core in ways you never even imagined.

Day 4

This 10-minute ab set is quick and effective – I promise you will feel the burn! It targets your obliques, love handles, and those hard-to-reach areas like your lower abs! We’ll move through each move 2x with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. So press play and let’s fire up those abs!

Day 5

This slow and controlled ab routine is the perfect way to move your body and strengthen your core at the same time. This routine combines strength, toning lengthening moves, with no equipment needed. All you need is yourself and a mat, now let’s get to it!

Day 6

In this workout, we are going to be doing 12 different ab exercises to really work that core! We will be doing each move for 20 seconds with a 5 second rest. I will have a timer going, so all you need to do is press play and follow along. Now let’s get to it!!

Day 7

In just under 15 minutes, you will combine pilates and strength moves for a wonderful arms and abs workout. Press play and follow along the lean dynamic movements, and feel SO great after! Let’s sculpt our upper body together. Grab weights (on the lighter side, I’m using 4lbs) and let’s crush it!!
