This easy breakfast is packed full of protein and nutrients – but so easy to make!
SERVING SIZE: 1
Berries of choice to top
2/3 cup cooked oatmeal (rolled or steel cut work great, depending on preference)
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or :ratio keto-friendly vanilla dairy snack
1/4 cup granola of choice (love the crunchy aspect)
1-2 tablespoons of almond butter
Optional toppings: honey, agave, cinnamon, etc.
The recipe:
Prepare your oatmeal according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
Swirl your almond butter in the oatmeal to really combine nicely.
Top with the yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and optionally honey, agave, or cinnamon. Enjoy! xx
