Healthified Baked Fries

These fries are so easy to make and taste so good without needing to deep fry! My secret weapon? All-seasons salt!

SERVING SIZE: 2-3

1 large potato

All-season salt (or Lawry’s seasoning salt)

Avocado oil, to prevent sticking

The recipe:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and peel the potato. Cut it into even-sized strips (fries).

Lightly coat a baking sheet with avocado oil to prevent sticking. Alternatively, you can line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Spread the potato strips evenly on the baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with all-season salt or Lawry’s seasoning salt. You can adjust the amount based on your taste preference.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through cooking. This ensures even browning and crispiness on all sides.

Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven. Let them cool slightly & enjoy!! xx
